Is Dropshipped an embedded Shopify app?+
No. Dropshipped is a standalone web app. You connect your Shopify store with OAuth, then work from our website.
What Shopify permissions do you request?+
We request product, inventory, and order access so we can create listings, map variants, update stock and prices, and read order data needed for tracking sync.
Do you make fake AI lifestyle images?+
No. We clean and standardize the real supplier photos. The product must stay accurate, including color, shape, labels, and variant details.
Which suppliers work at launch?+
AliExpress is the first supplier flow. The data model is built so we can add more suppliers later without changing the core mapping.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription and disconnect Shopify anytime.
Do I need a card to start?+
No card is required to start during beta. Paid plans begin when you choose a plan.
How do you keep inventory honest?+
Each Shopify variant maps to the supplier SKU it came from. Sync jobs re-check the current supplier state instead of trusting old webhook data.
Do you store my Shopify token?+
Yes, we store an offline Shopify token so sync can run. It is encrypted at rest and never logged.
Will you train AI on my store data?+
No. We do not train AI models on your store data. Provider details will be listed before launch.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can request deletion, and Shopify privacy webhooks are part of the planned compliance flow.
